The Box Office is located on the North-East corner of the building (across from The Lexus Parking Garage). Due to the global coronavirus pandemic, the Box Office is operating under reduced hours. Concert tickets are not available for purchase at the American Airlines Center Box Office on the day of the public on-sale. Tickets for such non-team events may be purchased by the general public on the first day of ticket sales online at www.ticketmaster.com. Remaining available tickets for any concert/event following the first day of general public ticket sales will be available for purchase at the American Airlines Center Box Office on the next business day.
Tickets left at the box office for collection may be picked up on the day, during the hour before the performance starts. Please take the credit card used to make the booking and the Ticketmaster booking reference number as proof of purchase.
