Er beschäftigte sich bereits in seiner Jugend mit deren Ursache und stellte fest, dass ein mangelndes Selbstwertgefühl und zu wenig Selbstverantwortung unter anderem die Hauptgründe für dieses Problem sind. Bereits als Nachhilfelehrer unterstütze er Schüler und junge Menschen nicht nur auf fachlicher Basis, sondern vor allem auf der menschlichen Ebene.
