The Steel Horse Shootout III features pro and amateur racing and officially makes the Steel Horse Rally a two-state event. This event helps raise donations for the Steel Horse Rally Inc. charity. On Friday, May 7th, Gates Open: 5 p.m. Racing starts: 7 p.m. at Tri-State Speedway 1705 W Race Track Rd, Pocola, OK
