If you are collecting tickets for the show, our venue box office will be open no later than 1 hour before doors. The box office is located to the left of the main entrance, just past the fd bar. Please allow yourself plenty of time to collect your tickets and to get into the venue, as there may be queues. Please take the credit card you booked with along with your Ticketmaster booking reference to collect your tickets. The box office will be open a minimum of 1 hour before doors open on the day of the show. Venue are happy for customers to collect in advance of show day as long as they are not duplicate tickets being collected. The first direct arena on-site ticket office is located to the left hand side of the main entrance doors at the venue, past the first direct bar. Currently, it is temporarily closed on non-event days. On event days, the Box Office is open at 12pm (noon) on Mondays-Saturdays, or four hours prior to the event time on Sundays. Some events may have additional hours. Paycom Center meets or exceeds all structural and service requirements as stipulated by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Are they held in the same location and is it possible to attend all of them? Build It Live will feature 8 FREE daily seminars and 16 FREE daily workshops. Our seminars take place in the Seminar Theatre and take between 20 and 40 minutes each, including question time. The workshops take place in the Workshop Theatre, and take between 20 and 40 minutes, including question time. As the times of the workshops and seminars overlap in some instances, it is only possible to attend all sessions if you visit the show on both days (see below for details). You are welcome to attend as many of these sessions as you like. Do I need extra tickets if I want to attend the show on both days? No, when you arrive on the first day, simply mention to the door staff that you wish to attend on both days and your ticket will be validated to allow free entry on the second day. Our exhibitions are designed to allow for a full day of activities. From browsing stalls, talking to experts and listening to specialists talk, Build It Live offers enough to keep you occupied. Our café also allows for regular refreshment breaks! However, for those in a hurry, it is possibly to plan your visit ahead of time, to ensure you make full use of the exhibition in a shorter space of time. What time do the exhibitions open? Our shows open 10am until 5pm on Saturday and 10am until 4.30pm on Sunday. Are children allowed at the shows?
