What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking is available at Smokies and there is an overflow carpark next to the hotel. The hotel is located on the 409 bus route for those using public transport.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. Our team will check you in on arrival and your ticket is not necessary
Is there a charge for non-attendance?
Yes. A charge of £15 per ticket will be made for any non-attendance.

Join Christina and Paul for a uniquely inspired meditational journey through the spirit of plant medicine and divine sound during the energy of the Winter Solstice!In a clear and sacred space, the journey begins with personal intentions, story and the heart opening power of ceremonial drinking cacao. We will briefly discuss the “Food of the Gods” and its healing properties as it prepares us to turn our gaze inwards for a short guided visualization. Recipients are then bathed in the healing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, drums, rattles, chimes and 36” Water Gong that will take the meditation as deep as the sea, as it echoes the call of whale songs. The Spirit of Cacao intensifies the sound journey with heart opening awareness and mood elevating chemicals within the body. Sharing is encouraged at the close of the circle.Recipients will reach a highly relaxed state of consciousness from the transcendental sounds, as the cacao helps to allow the energetic process to unfold with connections to sensations, emotions and the feeling of expansion… This higher state is where your own innate healing abilities are able to work more effectively to bring you back into optimal vibrational alignment.
Limited to 20 people. Yoga mats, blankets and bolsters provided. Please feel free to bring a pillow, shawl/blanket and anything else to help you feel comfortable. No alcohol or other substances beforehand. Light meal 2-3 hours before (depending on sensitivity). We meet at Hounslow West tube at 10.30 am and visit the local Indian shop to learn about ingredients.
A biryani is a rich, spiced rice dish that can be layered or cooked with meat, chicken, vegetables and spices. It is flavoured with coriander, mint, saffron, nuts and fried onions and is typically a festive dish that is served on special occasions. In this course, we will create an India feast, along with dessert, that will impress and delight.
Typical recipes-
North Indian Chicken Biryani, South Indian Egg Biryani, Tomato and yoghurt salad, Chilli paneer (a starter with cottage cheese and mixed peppers and dessert - Rasmalai (soft cheese in sweet and spiced milk)

If you cancel over 4 weeks before the start of the course you can choose an alternative date or course of an equivalent value. If you cancel within 4 weeks of the course, no transfers are permitted and you will forfeit your place.

Once the Will Call window closes, unclaimed tickets will be available through the end of the show at the Guest Services Booth at Section 109, please enter at the Media entrance near the box office.
