Piko Pals is a 12-week program of Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies Coalition of Hawaii that aims to foster social connection, community, and peer support for new parents in their first year. Participants and their newborn babies meet weekly in small groups, and support each other through mindful discussion about new parenting concerns like postpartum recovery and breastfeeding, baby sleep, partner relationship changes, career vs. parenthood, siblings, and more. Parents are encouraged to discover their own parenting philosophy and are encouraged to listen to their intuition in a emotionally and intellectually safe environment. Bundeena Maianbar Adventure Ride

Discover Bundeena and Maianbar by bike and see beautiful outlooks and vistas in this special ride through these coastal villages nestled in southern Sydney. Additionally, you'll also learn a little about the local history and some interesting landmarks.
