The UBS Arena regular Box Office hours are yet to be announced. In addition to the regular hours, the Box Office will also open 3 hours prior to the start of events.
Accessible seating is available on all levels and in all ticket price ranges. Wheelchair accessible and companion seating and seats with removeable armrests are available at locations dispersed throughout UBS Arena. Two guest elevators are located in each quad of the arena with access to every level. Accessible doors are at each entrance as well as a limited number of wheelchairs to transport guests with limited mobility to their seating area. The Box Office is located on the North-East corner of the building (across from The Lexus Parking Garage). The Box Office is open Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am-5pm and event days starting at 10am. Concert tickets are not available for purchase at the American Airlines Center Box Office on the day of the public on-sale. Tickets for such non-team events may be purchased by the general public on the first day of ticket sales online at www.ticketmaster.com.
