A photo ID matching the name the tickets are placed under is required. VIP, Artist, Promoter, or other special will call requirements and locations are subject to change. Late pick up will be available at the East Entrance after the box office closes.

On event Saturdays and event Sundays, the box office will open three (3) hours prior to the event and remain open through the beginning of the event. The box office is located on the east side of the building, near the East Entrance, facing the Santa Ana riverbed.
Wheelchair accessible seating is available in most areas of Honda Center including Plaza, Club, and Terrace levels. Availability of locations is dependent upon event seating configuration. For availability and exact locations based on a particular event, please toggle the Accessibility icon in the seat map filters on the Ticketmaster.com event page. The box office will have the same availability as Ticketmaster. Please note, semi-ambulatory or limited mobility seating is also available and requires the guest to navigate some steps. Wheelchair accessible seats have no steps. Hearing Impaired Guests: Assistive listening devices are available, with a picture ID as a deposit, at the Guest Services Desk located at Section 214. Requests for sign language interpreters must be received at least 14 business days prior to the event you are attending. Alternate Will Call Procedure (Alternate Pick Up) If a person (other than the person ordering and paying for the tickets) is picking up a Will Call order, the Alternate Pick-Up's name MUST be on the account. To add the name of an alternate pick-up to the account, the original purchaser must contact Ticketmaster Customer Service at 1-800-745-3000, verify their account information and request the addition an alternate pick-up.

Since 2004, this all-local walking food tour company has offered tours of the iconic Ferry Building Marketplace and Farmers Market to thousands of guests from around the world. This historic, waterfront building is home to many of San Francisco’s most acclaimed food artisans, including handmade chocolatiers, legendary Vietnamese cuisine, locally-sourced cheese, meat, bread, baked goods and peak-of-season produce. Guides are chefs, food writers, food activists and other active members of the food community. This tour is an ideal choice for guests with limited mobility or who don’t want a lot of walking. With pre-arrangement, tours can accommodate any special dietary need.

Utica, NY. The Christmas/Holiday Season is a joyous time of the year. We celebrate with our families and friends sharing our love, providing hope, singing songs, and giving gifts. We have specially prepared holiday meals and delicious desserts. But for many people, holidays are a time full of stress, maybe only a wish and not a reality when you cannot afford the Food for the special Christmas Dinner. And this year, many people are being challenged because of the Coronavirus Pandemic (COVID19). It is causing long-term problems, as we are currently in the second wave of the COVID19. Due to the large increase of COVID-19 cases, with many people in the hospital, some social distancing restrictions include limiting travel and not attending large gatherings even in your own residence. In fact, many are faced with paying rent, the National Grid bill, or putting food on the table. We, as a community, are working together to fight hunger and food insecurity. Thanks to the Mohawk Valley COVID-19 Respond Fund created by the Community Foundation of Herkimer and Oneida Counties and the United Way of the Mohawk Valley, established a single community-wide fund. The Johnson Park Center (JPC) received COVID-19 Respond Fund Grant Awards to provide food to the community. With the generous support from the Food Bank of Central New York (FBCNY) and Donors, JPC will have a Drive-Thru Food Giveaway for disadvantaged individuals and families around JPC Sites Rain-Snow or Shine on Monday, December 15, 2020, from 2 pm to 7:30 pm.
Starting on the corner of Arthur and West Streets, cars/vehicles will line up at the registration station where JPC Intake Persons, wearing face masks, will assist you with completing the Intake Form. They will place the number of households represented in each car on its windshield. Then you will drive up to each Food station, where volunteers will put the food in your car/vehicle.

A tractor-trailer full of food will be available to be given to the community. Food items may include chicken, fish, eggs, cheese, fresh produce, fresh fruit, rice, pasta, cereal, canned items such as soup, beans, etc.
During these challenging times of the pandemic, by fighting hunger and food insecurity, the JPC Food Giveaway helps families & individuals to have food for Christmas, be food secured, and a stepping stone to self-sufficiency.

Keep cool this summer – join our educators for two hours of water fun away from the beach. Learn to make a water filter, run the wet sponge gauntlet, avoid the spray of the spitting cobra, and explore our ponds with some dip netting. These activities are heaps of fun for kids and they will also gain knowledge that will help them with their STEM classes in the next terms.
We will supervise your children over the lunch hour if you book in for Nature & Art - Eco Art for Kids in the Afternoon.
