Het doel van elke workshop (in het Nederlands of eventueel Engels) is om jou te leren dat je vanuit je innerlijke belevingswereld de intuïtieve middelen bezit om verbinding te maken met je authentieke zelf in het dagelijks leven. Daarom heeft elke workshop een ander thema voor praktische spiritualiteit voor alledag, waarin je een intuïtief middel, een stuk van jezelf of een nog onbekend deel van het universum ontdekt.
Door de natuurlijke rust tijdens de workshop, kan jij gemakkelijk in je eigen ervaring zijn. Er wordt gebruik gemaakt van geleide meditaties, creatieve opdrachten en oefeningen, soms in paren, om jou de kennis en vaardigheden bij te brengen. Als je dat wil, krijg je ook tips voor om meer inzicht te krijgen in je persoonlijke uitdagingen.

The goal of every workshop (either in Dutch or English) is to teach you that you have the intuitive means to connect with your authentic self in daily life observing your inner world. This is why every workshop has a different theme for practical daily spirituality, in which you discover an intuitive tool, a piece of your authentic self or an unknown part of the universe.
Because of the natural serenity during the workshop, you will easily be guided into your own experience. We use guided meditations, creative assignments and exercises, sometimes in pairs, to teach you the necessary knowledge and skills. If you wish, you will also receive personalized suggestions to gain more insight into your personal challenges.
You are primarily encouraged to wonder, to look for answers yourself and to discover your own intuitive methods, so that you discover your life mission every day of your life in connection to your authentic self.
Course Description:This Course is a starting point for you to acquire the techniques, skills and tools that enable you to build Agile discipline.
