There are no ticket sales available from Box Office. All bookings must be done online.
Can be collected on the day of the event. The credit card holder MUST collect and sign for the tickets in person, and present both the card and Ticketmaster reference number. Letters of authorisation are NOT accepted under any circumstances. Any person collecting a ticket from The SSE Arena, Belfast Box Office must present: 1/ The card used to make the purchase OR if this is not possible. 2/ Valid government issued photo ID eg Driving License or Passport Failure to present staff with either of the above will mean that tickets will NOT be issued THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
Box Office will open 1 hour before doors on the day of an event (excluding Belfast Giants games)
All main entrances to the building are accessible via flat or gently sloping pathways. Vertical access is provided principally by 3 twelve person lifts. The seating is contiguous, however as availability is limited these spaces are for one wheelchair user and one companion only to allow other wheelchair users access to these sections.

You’ve been working hard the whole year; treat yourself to an amazing night out, filled with drinks, great music, an awesome atmosphere, and a fireworks show to top it off. A Lavish Chicago New Year’s Event
This is our 8th time running this stellar Chicago New Year’s event, so by now, we’re pretty sure we know what we’re doing. We’ll be ending 2019 at The Aon Grand Ballroom, an incredibly spacious architectural marvel that can host over 2000 people. Multiple DJ’s, Buffet Stations, Fireworks and a Champagne Toast. We’d hate for you to end the year on an empty stomach; sink your teeth into delicious appetizers at one of the buffet stations. Treat yourself to a drink at one of the many bar areas located all around the ballroom.Let loose to a mix of the hottest in Hip-Hop, Dance, Pop, RnB, and Top 40 Hits. We’ll have multiple DJ’s turning tables and ringing in 2020 with the perfect tunes. Headlining will be none other than The Chicago Bulls in-house DJ, Metro. Known for his ability to keep the energy of a room at max level with his sense of timing and originality. As 2018 comes to a close, the DJ will stop the noise for a few moments to commence a traditional countdown to the new year. As a confetti shower fills the ballroom, enjoy a complimentary midnight toast to christen 2020. Then, watch the spectacular Navy Pier fireworks show.

A photo ID matching the name the tickets are placed under is required. VIP, Artist, Promoter, or other special will call requirements and locations are subject to change. Will call windows are located at the Box Office. Will call is generally available beginning 1-1/2 hours prior to the event, and closes after the start of the event (after the first intermission for Anaheim Ducks games). Late pick up will be available at the East Entrance after the box office closes.

Monday through Friday 10am to 3pm. The box office will remain open through the beginning of weeknight events. On event Saturdays and event Sundays, the box office will open three (3) hours prior to the event and remain open through the beginning of the event. The box office is located on the east side of the building, near the East Entrance, facing the Santa Ana riverbed.
Wheelchair accessible seating is available in most areas of Honda Center including Plaza, Club, and Terrace levels. Availability of locations is dependent upon event seating configuration. For availability and exact locations based on a particular event, please toggle the Accessibility icon in the seat map filters on the Ticketmaster.com event page. The box office will have the same availability as Ticketmaster. Please note, semi-ambulatory or limited mobility seating is also available and requires the guest to navigate some steps. Wheelchair accessible seats have no steps. Hearing Impaired Guests: Assistive listening devices are available, with a picture ID as a deposit, at the Guest Services Desk located at Section 214. Requests for sign language interpreters must be received at least 14 business days prior to the event you are attending.
