Permanent locations for patrons with special needs are located on all three concourse levels of the Arena and are accessible from the ground level via an elevator. The Orpheum Theatre box office is only open on days that there is a performance at the Theatre. On show days, the box office open at 3:00 pm, or two hours before the show if there is a matinee.
