Evening, weekend and holiday hours vary according to event schedules. BOK Center meets or exceeds all structural and service requirements as stipulated by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Restrooms, drinking fountains, phones, Bank of Oklahoma ATM’s and counters are accessible to guests with disabilities. Wheelchair accessible seats are available in all price levels. One companion ticket may be purchased with each wheelchair accessible ticket. Please indicate when purchasing tickets if you require accessible seating. Patrons with disabilities may be dropped off on West 3rd Street between Denver Avenue and Frisco Avenue by the south entrance to the BOK Center and the Arby’s Box Office. Some events at the BOK Center may have the City of Tulsa Police Department directing traffic to and from the BOK Center. When an event calls for this, Disabled Guests may be directed to 1st and Denver by a Tulsa Police Officer. Listening devises may be checked out, free of charge, at the Guest Services desks located at each of the main entrances. A valid I.D. is required to ensure the return of equipment. The BOK Center can provide sign language interpretation for guests with hearing disabilities. Requests for this service must be received three weeks prior to the event and be approved by the performer. The BOK Center offers wheelchair service for guests who may need assistance to and from their seats. Please contact a Guest Relations representative for assistance. Successful completion of the course, passing a multi-choice assessment paper and a workplace-based project, leads to a nationally recognised qualification in the basics of managing health and safety. The course also emphasises to delegates the importance of having a positive H&S culture throughout the business with leadership from the top being key to achieving a safe working environment. Any cancellation made within three days of the start of the event or no-show on the day will still be charged the full cost of the course, you will also be given the option to transfer the ticket to another party. For free events: A non-attendance fee may be charged if you book a place at an event but do not attend on the day. Event CancellationIf an Event is cancelled, postponed or relocated, by FST, you will be offered (subject to availability) to attend a rescheduled Event, the same Event at an alternative location or another Event up to the face value of the Booking price or, if you are unable to attend any of the former, a refund. FST will not be liable for any loss, claim, damage, or any incidental or consequential damages of any kind, which arises out of or is in any way connected with an Event or Booking cancellation, postponement, relocation or other change.
