Hawaii Reset and Flow

Join Shana Robinson and Christian Cristiano in the beautiful enchanted rain forest for our Reset and Flow retreat from February 11 to 16, 2020. It’s set in Hilo Hawaii at the stunning KulaniapiaFalls which boasts the old world rustic charm of the big island. Our goal is to create community and connection bringing together like minded people focused on personal wellness.  The retreat will be 5 days and will include Acupuncture, Breathwork, Cupping, Meditation, Plant Based Food and Yoga. The meditation and yoga is designed  for everyone, from those who can’t sit still nor touch their toes to those who have a strong practice. A beautiful setting, stunning views and memory foam mattresses will help you achieve a sense of calm and peace. Christian’s website offers more photos of The Inn.   Shana’s culinary direction will ensure delicious nutrient dense food that will assist you in healing your body while aligning with specific dietary needs. After February 11, 2012, regular ticket office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday, 9:30am to 4:00pm, with extended hours on home game days, remaining open until approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game. Sunday home game days only, the ticket office will open at 9:00am remaining open until approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game. There are approximately 1,000 accessible and companion seats available throughout Coors Field. When purchasing seats, please indicate to the ticket seller (whether ordering by phone or in person) that you require accessible seating. If you are mailing your order, indicate this request on your mail order form. Even though a game may be "sold out" for other areas, there may still be accessible and companion seating available. Despite the "sold out" status, unsold accessible and companion seating will remain reserved for persons with disabilities, with the following exception: on the day of a sellout when there are enough seats to meet the needs of our Guests with disabilities, a percentage of the unsold accessible and companion seating may be made available to the public. The remaining inventory will continue to be reserved for our Guests with disabilities. Additionally, please note that only certain areas will be sold, and there is not a specific time they will be available.

Motor Remedial Teaching Workshop 2020

#cdltMRT2020 The Motor Remedial Teaching programme was developed in the Netherlands and is unique in the world. This two-day course equips attendees with the skills to set up and run a Motor Remedial Teaching (MRT) programme. The training focuses on screening and testing students; organising small MRT groups with individual attention and programme developed for each student and evaluating the results of the training and playground activities. The workshop is limited to 20 participants to ensure that all attendees get the tools to support students with gross motor skills delays. There will be a possibility to continue with the course online. (e.g. carry out/complete the action plan). Be sure to sign-up early! WHO IS IT FOR PE teachers and educators of students age 3-13. WORKSHOP GOALS To empower educators to organise a Motor Remedial Teaching programme to support students with gross motor skills delays. LEARNING OUTCOMES     An understanding of how to:  Screen students. Do motorical tests. Develop a programme for each student (action plan). Practise in small groups with individual attention. Use homework cards and reflect after tests. SESSION LEADER Wim van Gelder is an expert on Motor Remedial Teaching. He was a PE teacher for more than 20 years and is currently lecturer of PE at the Hogeschool Inholland. He developed and runs MRT courses in Dutch throughout the Netherlands. Wim works as an advisor for schools and school playgrounds. He runs ‘Training and Consulting Agency ‘Van Gelder on the Move and is chairman of the Motor Remedial Teaching in Movement Foundation. Wim is the author of a number of Dutch PE related books (Basislessen bewegingsonderwijs deel 1 and 2) and the MRT programme (Onderwijsgeschikte Motorische Test). His website is “Alles in Beweging”.

We are a christian church focused on the biker culture and motorcycle community. While we embrace Anabaptist principles we are a non-denominational ministry here in Lancaster County, PA We welcome everyone from all walks of life, Bikers & Non Bikers alike to join us as we journey together striving to live like Christ and share the good news of the Gospel with those we meet. We meet every Thursday evening at The Emmaus Road Cafe’ coffee house located at 1916 Lincoln Highway East (Rt. 462) Lancaster, PA 17602 Everything starts at 7:00PM but folks arrive between 6:15 and 7:00 for coffee. We are a very relaxed setting and everyone should feel welcome. Jeans and t-shirts are normal attire.
