HAAA Arab World Conference (HAWC) 2018 - "Region Rising!"

Region Rising!
The theme of this year’s HAWC will be “Region Rising!”. It will explore initiatives across the region that are currently (re)shaping the face of the Arab world. The HAWC proposes several panels that bring together multi-disciplinary leaders to discuss the region’s tomorrow for future generations in healthcare, education, entrepreneurship, policy, and law. The conference will ask how the region and its people can harness its collective power to drive positive change and how the rising generation of Arabs can leverage current and emerging resources to inspire transformation. The conference this year includes several exciting components:

Friday, April 20th:
FREE Harvard admissions Seminar: Admission process for Lebanese high school students and graduate students (5 pm - 7pm). First come first-served basis. Space is limited.  (LOCATION TO BE DECIDED)

Saturday, April 21st:

HAWC (8 am - 6 pm): Join us for a day of thought-provoking panels and addresses by many of the region’s most inspiring leaders where participants and panelists will debate critical topics. Registration details on Eventbrite and at the door on a first-come first-served basis.

Start up pitch (6 pm - 8 pm): Watch the selected start ups from the region pitch their ideas to our panel of judges! (Registration is part of the conference ticket)

Gala Dinner (8:30 pm - 10:30 pm): Join us for the closing Gala Dinner (LOCATION TO BE DECIDED).

Sunday, April 22nd onwards:
