Redfern Legal Centre invites you to attend a panel discussion on police strip searches and the law in NSW.
The free community event will bring together a panel of speakers including legal experts, political representatives and people who have experienced the trauma of being subjected to a strip search.
The discussion will include info on:
Strip search law in NSW and your legal rights
Tips about what to do if you are subjected to a strip search
The process of making a complaint about NSW Police conduct, and
How to join a growing campaign to change strip-search laws in NSW.
