Collect from the venue on the day of the show during Box Office opening hours. Take the credit card used to make the booking and Ticketmaster reference number with you. No letters of authorisation will be accepted. If you have any queries regarding Box Office Collections, please contact our Customer Services Department.

Hours: 10am-6pm (Mon-Sat). On show days, the box office remains open until 15 minutes after the show starts. On Sundays when there is a show, the box office opens an hour and a half before the show.
