The Scotty Foundation Charity Event

This year has been hard on everyone. It’s been especially hard on non-profits, big and small. Here in Central Florida, local non-profits like The Scotty Foundation needs your help. The Scotty Foundation in Apopka, FL is looking for animal lovers to support their horse sanctuary. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused The Scotty Foundation to lose funding and support. More than ever, these animals need love and support. In the true holiday spirit, share the love by supporting the Scotty Foundation at this charity event. The Scotty Foundation is a Horse Sanctuary and so much more. They give underprivileged children the opportunity to train and ride with horses. The Scotty Foundation also offers horse therapy to teens who are suicidal or have trouble coping with life. In the past six years of running, The Scotty Foundation has never asked for a penny from the community. They have funded the entire farm themselves and they offer free horse rides to the public. We support them and we would love for everyone to come out and show them some love. This charity event is free of charge. We only ask you volunteer your time with tasks such as brushing and bathing horses. Everyone has a gift to share. You are invited to enjoy an afternoon with horses and have food with us. Come out with an open heart and spread the word. Sunday, December 27, 2020 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM EST 3603 Golden Gem Rd, Apopka, FL 32712 For this event, we are taking the necessary COVID-19 precautions. We care about your health and the health of these horses. There will be hand sanitizer available at the stables for guests to use. We are requesting that you bring your mask, and we will provide masks if needed. This event is a great way to spend an afternoon riding and caring for horses. They are intuitive animals who feel the love that you offer! We hope to see you at our charity event! ***About The Scotty Foundation*** The Scotty Foundation is a horse rescue and rehabilitation farm in Central FL. Their mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome horses and other animals. They also provided therapeutic benefits to those people and families who might otherwise not be in a position to gain access to these animals and to find these animals a forever home. Currently, they are building a core group of young horses, training them with love to our specifications, and work to provide free access to children and adults with little or no experience. We continue to help rehabilitate and rehome all the animals we felt we could help, cats and dogs included. To learn more about The Scotty Foundation, visit www.thescottyfoundation.net. Cultivate - Eastcoast Women's Encounter 2020

Encounter is a single day event designed for women of ALL ages. The theme for 2020 is Cultivate. Ps Lou and the team have a vision to see Women Cultivate the gifts God has given to them. The word Cultivate means to bestow attention and labour upon, with a view to valuable returns, to direct special attention to devote time and thought to; to foster; to cherish; to court intimacy with. There is an old proverb “The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now.” We believe that God has called women to rise up and declare his goodness. At Encounter, women are able to experience the fullness of a multi day conference, in one day. We encourage you to bring your friends, family, c-group and neighbours to experience a day designed to gather with the girls and encounter God.

Evil Dead: The Musical

Third time's the charm, baby. ALL SEATS ARE IN THE SPLATTER ZONE! THE VENUE DOORS ONLY OPEN 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO SHOWTIME. IF YOU ARRIVE EARLIER, YOU WILL HAVE TO LINE UP AND WAIT OUTSIDE. The Mansfield's SELL-OUT SMASH of 2017 AND 2019 returns to the city that loved it SO BLOODY MUCH for the SECOND CONSECUTIVE SMASH YEAR! Zac Mansfield returns as director! Performances begin August 14th, 2020. Booking thru October 31st, 2020. Every FRIDAY and SATURDAY at 7:30PM! All tickets $40 + s/c. This hilarious show takes all the elements of the cult classic films The Evil Dead, Evil Dead 2 and Army of Darkness and combines them into one of the craziest theatrical experiences of all time. Five college students go to an abandoned cabin in the woods and accidentally unleash an evil force that turns them all into demons. It's all up to Ash (a housewares employee turned demon-killing hero) and his trusty chainsaw to save the day. Blood flies. Limbs are dismembered. Demons tell bad jokes ... and all to music. The songs in the show are completely off the wall. Titles like "All the Men in My Life Keep Getting Killed by Candarian Demons" and "What the F**k Was That?" will have audiences rolling in their seats and screaming for more and more blood. This show has fun with the horror genre and, in doing so, appeals to a wide audience. It's the only show with a "Splatter Zone"a section of the audience that gets covered in fake blood. And with this combination of blood, jokes, cheesy effects and awesome musical numbers, Evil Dead The Musical is unlike any show you've ever seen. While the Evil Dead films are the definition of cult movies, as a stage show, Evil Dead: The Musical has become a cult sensation of its own. The show played off-Broadway in New York, has broken records in Toronto, has won awards in Korea and has had more than 200 productions mounted across the globe! Recommended for ages 16+ (strong language, adult humour). Viewer discretion is advised. *While the fake blood will wash off skin, we make no guarantee and take no responsibility that it will wash out of all fabrics. Wear a white shirt (some will be for sale at the show) to have some fun and create a lasting memory! Complimentary coat check will be provided for those in the Splatter Zones.* mansfieldscabaret.com ALL SALES FINAL. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.
