Zur Person David Hejazi
David Hejazi wurde mit einer körperlichen Behinderung sowie einem Herzfehler in eine deutsch-iranische Familie hineingeboren. Dank seines Umfelds sowie die bedingungslose Liebe seiner Eltern lernte er bereits im Kindesalter, dass jeder Mensch eine Kraft in sich trägt, über die sich die Meisten nicht bewusst sind. Er beschäftigte sich bereits in seiner Jugend mit deren Ursache und stellte fest, dass ein mangelndes Selbstwertgefühl und zu wenig Selbstverantwortung unter anderem die Hauptgründe für dieses Problem sind.
Bereits als Nachhilfelehrer unterstütze er Schüler und junge Menschen nicht nur auf fachlicher Basis, sondern vor allem auf der menschlichen Ebene. Als Vortragsredner basieren David Hejazi‘s Inhalte komplett auf eigenen Erfahrungen sowie praxiserprobten Strategien. Damit bestärkt er insbesondere junge Menschen und macht diesen Mut. Doch auch bei Menschen, die aus dem typisch systemkonformen Alltagstrott aussteigen und stattdessen ein Leben nach eigenen Maßstäben führen möchten, sind die Vortragsinhalte des charismatischen Redners äußerst beliebt.

EventStorming is a workshop format invented by Alberto Brandolini that promotes collaboration between different disciplines in order to solve business problems in the most effective way.
Course abstract
EventStorming is a workshop format that enables massive learning on complex business domains and promotes collaboration between different disciplines and across teams.
A visually effective problem-solving technique that puts everyone on the same page, EventStorming was greatly defined by Dan North: “In any EventStorming session of all different kinds, everyone knows what everyone else knows“.
What you learn
In this two-day workshop, we’ll practice three different flavours (Big Picture, Process Modelling and Software Design), applied to real-world business problems.
We’ll take into account the different perspectives (including the facilitator) in a process that spans large-scale discovery, to leverage collaborative design.
We’ll experience the how, and we’ll discuss the why.
