Car Seat 101

Many children ride in car seats that are either inapporpriate for their size, improperly installed, or the children are incorrectly secured in the seats. This very important clinic teaches expectant families how to properly install the car seat and secure the child in the car seat. Partcipants will see the steps to properly installing a car seat and have a chance to practice "hand-on" as well. You are encouraged to bring your own car seat. The class registration and fee is for 2 participants  We strongly recommend that you have your car seat installation checked at least 6 to 8 weeks prior to your due date. *Please call 443-481-6124 for cancellations due to inclement weather. HPDFIT Session

You must be free of any pre-existing injuries to participate in the HPDFIT program. Attendees are only able to register for one (1) HPDFIT session at a time. DO NOT register for more than one (1) HPDFIT session until you have participated in the first session. Participation in the HPDFIT program is not a required step in the selection process, however, if you register – you are expected to attend. Please arrive about 10 minutes prior to the event start time and check-in with the HPD recruitment staff behind McCoy Pavilion (mauka side near tennis court 6).
