All Art Arizona 2020

This year’s All Art Arizona presents exciting work created by both well-known and emerging artists living in our own back yard, the state of Arizona.   This ten year tradition at Art Intersection highlights the breadth and diversity of art created by Arizona artists. The range of acceptable artwork encompasses sculpture, glass, photography, painting, ceramics, wood, printmaking, mixed media, artist books, and more.  All Art Arizona attracts artists, art collectors, and art lovers from all over the state to one of our best known exhibitions of the year. Visit the Art Intersection galleries, bring your friends and family, to enjoy this unique exhibition and range of art by Arizona artists.  As always, the exhibition is free and open to the public during business hours. While you are here, get involved by voting for the Viewer’s Choice Award, to be announced shortly after the exhibition closes. Spécialisation en Coaching Parental

L'objectif de ce programme est de fournir aux coachs une approche et des outils spécifiques pour accompagner les parents dans les défis de l'éducation. Le coach parental, aide le parent à prendre du recul, à comprendre et à mettre en place des stratégies pour atteindre ses objectifs d'éducation : s'adapter à la personnalité de son enfant, lui transmettre des valeurs éducatives, le guider dans la réussite de ses projets, se faire entendre et respecter, gérer son stress quant à son avenir... OBJECTIFS Au terme de ce parcours, les coaches auront acquis des outils et des attitudes qui leur permettront de : Aider les parents à gérer leur stress parental, leurs émotions négatives et leur apprendre à diminuer leurs réactivités et leurs intolérances ; Transférer aux parents des outils pour gérer le stress de leurs enfants ; Aider les parents à remettre du plaisir dans la parentalité ; Permettre aux parents d'identifier et de valoriser les motivations intrinsèques de leur enfant, sources de leur talent et épanouissement. Et développer de la bienveillance et de la tolérance vis-à-vis de la différence avec leurs motivations personnelles ; Apprendre aux parents à gérer les crises de colère et les rapports de force ainsi que les comportements difficiles ; De guider les parents dans le développement de l'autonomie de leur enfant ; D'aider les parents à faire confiance à leur enfant et à lui apprendre à se faire confiance. POUR QUI ? Les coachs ayant suivi ou étant en train de suivre les niveaux 1 et 2 de la Leading & Coaching Academy (ou équivalent sur demande), aux coachs ACC-PCC-MCC, aux professionnels de l'accompagnement (sur demande), et qui souhaitent accompagner des parents, éducateurs, enseignants. Les étudiants peuvent amener des cas concrets afin de travailler dessus et se faire superviser. Building a measurement framework: An introduction for funders

WHAT IS IT ABOUT? Through their grant-making, funders make a difference to people’s lives in countless ways. But just knowing you might be making some kind of difference isn’t enough: you need to know exactly what difference your grants are making, and you need to have robust data to inform your grantmaking decisions. Led by our expert measurement team, this workshop will take you through what to measure, which methodology to use, and how to judge the quality of grantees’ impact measurement. With a group size of no more than 15, the workshop will be interactive and hands-on. Lunch and refreshments will be provided. The training will help you to: Understand the terminology, concepts and definitions Identify intended and unintended social impacts Develop and use a theory of change Prioritise outcomes for measurement Choose the right level of evidence Decide when to collect data and from whom, and how to sample Support grantees with impact measurement WHO SHOULD ATTEND? The training is an introductory session and assumes no prior knowledge. It is aimed at funders who are either new to impact measurement or looking to improve their approach. WHO DELIVERS THE TRAINING? The training is delivered by our consultants who are experts in working with funders and charities of all shapes and sizes to develop robust and systematic methods for measuring the difference they make.
